With the Objective of improving student’s personality and giving them platform to express their opinion about different topics, RAJ SMS Varanasi used to organize workshop for them. Management Practices; Recent changes in Marketing, HR and Finance areas; Soft Skills, personality development and upcoming trends in Computer Technologies are the common functional areas for such workshops. These workshops are meant for students of different Management and Computer related courses .

To provide on the job experiences along with a feel of joy and perpetuity through various industrial visits to students, RAJSMS Varanasi organizes Industrial visits in different Industries and place of adventure. Such national and international tours are essential part of overall learning in different professional courses at RAJ SMS Varanasi. Industrial visits are planned for all the courses including MBA, BBA, BCA , B.Sc. as well as B.Com.

RAJSMS Varanasi is in practice of inviting eminent speakers from corporate and academic areas. This exercise aims at improving knowledge base of faculty members as well as students of various courses including MBA, BBA, BCA , B.Sc. as well as B.Com. We could invite senior most executives, officials, administrators, professionals from Industry along with professor and senior faculty members from renowned universities and institutions. RAJ SMS Varanasi is in practice of Corporate Social Responsibility in field of Cloth Donation Programme, National Energy Conservation Day, Computer Literacy Mission, Entrepreneurial Development Mission, Entrepreneurial Development Mission, Blood Donation Camp, National Energy Conservation Day etc.
