$1,702 Stimulus Payment – Check Eligibility & Payout Dates

As of today, over 600 Alaskans will see about $1,702 as a stimulus payment from the 2025 Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD). This yearly subsidy is funded with the revenues derived from state oil and gas, which assists the residents with some of their essential expenses, including food, housing, and medical care.

If your application is in “Eligible-Unpaid” status by one of these deadlines, you will receive your payment on the corresponding date.

The eligibility requirements for the 2025 PFD are as follows:

• Residency: The applicant must have been a resident of the state for the entire prior calendar year and intends to remain in Alaska indefinitely.
• Present in Alaska: The applicant must have been in Alaska for a period of time not less than 72 hours within the last 24 months.
• Criminal Record: The applicant must not have been imprisoned in the last 12 months for a felony conviction. If, since January 1, 1997, the applicant has had more than two misdemeanor convictions, he/she is also not eligible to apply.

Eligible residents of Alaska can apply for a Permanent Fund Dividend until March 31, 2025. An application may be made:

Some people may qualify for some special exceptions which include:

• Persons with disabilities who cannot apply independently.
• Relatives filing for benefits of a deceased applicant.
• Active military who received hostile fire or imminent danger pay during the application period.
